We are currently seeking talented candidates for the position of Marketing and Project Support Associate to join us in implementing projects that support ethnic minority communities in developing social impact business initiatives in the mountainous regions of Northern Vietnam. The specific job requirements and benefits you will receive are as follows:

MARKETING ASSOCIATE

a) Job Requirements:

  • Majoring in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or Policy, Public Management with a passion for marketing.
  • Owning a personal laptop.
  • Ability to design communication materials using basic software like Canva or professional design applications.
  • Ability to write content and understand knowledge of writing Communication and Marketing articles.

b) Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and write communication content: Create texts, articles, social media posts, and news related to tourism projects.
  • Ensure content aligns with the communication strategy and guidelines of the Center.
  • Manage communication content: Monitor and update the company’s communication channels such as website, blog, and social media. Create and optimize content to increase audience engagement and visibility.
  • Support in event organization: Play an important role in preparing and executing communication events, including press conferences, launch events, and related programs. Ensure events are effectively promoted and attract participation from the media.
  • Measure communication effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the results of communication activities. Propose improvements and adjustments to the communication strategy to achieve the best results.

PROJECT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE:

a) Job Requirements:

  • Majoring in Science, Social Sciences, Environment, Education, or related fields.
  • A deep passion for sustainable tourism and developing opportunities for ethnic minority groups.
  • Social media communication skills.
  • Good networking skills with various stakeholders (NGOs, government, etc.).
  • Enthusiastic, honest, and reliable.
  • Ability to work adaptively and flexibly.
  • Having the endurance and health to work in local communities.

b) Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project management: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring the progress of social projects and programs at the NGO Center.
  • Ensure project implementation is on schedule, within resources, and budget.
  • Organize events and negotiations: Prepare and organize important events such as seminars, discussions, and meetings with relevant partners. Participate in the negotiation and agreement process with stakeholders to achieve the best results for projects and programs.
  • Reporting and evaluation: Monitor, report, and evaluate the progress, finances, and effectiveness of projects and programs. Propose improvement measures and adjustments to achieve better results in the future. Support the planning and implementation of project activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and changes for audit and evaluation purposes.
  • Other related tasks based on actual work.
